Asturias isn’t just about green mountains and stunning coastlines. If you’re itching for an adrenaline kick, the region’s zipline, ropes, and caving options won’t disappoint.

One of my favorites is the adventure park in Cangas de Onís. It’s got some wicked zip lines that give you a bird’s-eye view of the Picos de Europa foothills. A little tip: if you go caving in spring, you might catch the early light filtering through cave openings – it’s magical, I promise. For ropes, places near the Narcea Valley have some solid, natural setups that feel raw and exciting, not overly commercial. And yes, Asturias’ weather can be moody, so pack layers.
